Stephan El Shaarawy has reportedly agreed terms on a new contract with Roma.

Roma were forced to act, given the winger’s current deal expires next year, although he is not expected to put pen to paper until the summer.

The website adds West Ham United were ready to pounce for the 26-year-old if an agreement was not reached.
