Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt has insisted that he still has not made a decision on his future, keeping Juventus in the running.

The Catalan Press claimed last week that Barcelona were closing in on a deal for De Ligt, but the Dutch teen made it clear such talk was premature.

“Regarding my future, I’ll talk about it next week, even if I haven’t made a decision yet,” he said after Netherlands’ 3-2 defeat to Germany in Euro 2020 qualifying on Sunday, Calciomercato.com reports.

The Turin media previously campaigned for the stopper to join Juve, with Tuttosport presenting him its Golden Boy award at the end of last year.

It also comes despite a report on Monday claiming Barca President Josep Maria Bartomeu had arrived in Amsterdam for talks with Ajax.
