Corriere dello Sport ran quotes from Raiola that saw the agent warn Juve ‘had to play’ Kean if he was to sign a new contract and claim he had tried to take the Italian to Milan in January.

However, it soon emerged that they were from an alleged Facebook conversation and he hit back on Twitter: “I only created a Facebook account so people realise other accounts using my name are fake.

“I don’t post and will never use Facebook to make any comment in my or other people’s accounts.

“I am being impersonated for years on Facebook and Linkedin and it sucks.”
