According to Il Tempo newspaper, the Bosnia international has already worked out personal terms, as West Ham are ready to match his current Roma salary for another two years.

However, the Giallorossi are holding out for a transfer fee of €20m and therefore turned down the initial offer.

Dzeko won the Premier League with Manchester City before his move to Roma in 2015 for €15m.

He struggled this season with only 12 goals in 32 games between Serie A, the Champions League and Coppa Italia.
