Faouzi Ghoulam has recovered during his stay in a Belgian clinic and could start for Napoli against Genoa tomorrow, it’s reported.

The full-back had struggled with fitness levels after a year out with a devastating knee injury, so went to the ‘Move to Cure’ clinic in Antwerp for three weeks to work on his muscle mass.

According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, the treatment had excellent results, so much that he could be in the starting XI against Genoa tomorrow.
