Insigne is in the squad, although not expected to start or probably even come off the bench against Genoa, as he is working on finding his fitness for the Europa League quarter-final with Arsenal.
Ospina returns after suffering head trauma and collapsing on the pitch, although medics assure he never lost consciousness and was only dealing with a sudden drop in blood pressure.
Ghoulam has been out of action since March 17 and spent the last three weeks at a clinic in Belgium working on muscle mass.
The only remaining absentees are Raul Albiol and Amadou Diawara.
