Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli urged the team to be “aggressive to the right degree, but also calm and not too frenetic” against Arsenal.
The Europa League quarter-final kicks off at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The first leg ended 2-0 in London, so the Partenopei have a mountain to climb if they are to reach the semi-finals.
“We need everything to overcome this Arsenal. I think the Coach prepared the game well, both technically and mentally. Being aggressive to the right degree, but also calm and not too frenetic, will be the key,” the director told Sky Sport Italia.
“It is a competition we care about and clearly the team has let something go lately because of that. I hope all the energy we’ve been saving up elsewhere in recent weeks can be used tonight to continue in this tournament.
“Napoli are in very good shape physically. I hope the mind can help the legs get going tonight and make the difference.”
The Stadio San Paolo is pretty full, but not a sold out match for the Europa League quarter-final.
“I always say we have to attract the fans and light their blue touchpaper. I thank those who arrived tonight and there are many.”
Giuntoli was asked how he thinks he’ll be feeling after the match this evening?
