“There is no point in looking at the results of the other teams,” Baroni stated in his pre-match Press conference.

“We’re only focused on our own game.” he continued.

“We face a strong dynamic team, that have some great qualities. We must put in an excellent performance.

“We have the desire to stay up and this team has the quality to do so. It is essential to earn as many points as possible over these last four matches.”

It would take a miracle for the Ciociari to stay up at this late stage in the season and if Udinese beat Inter tonight, they could already be down before they face Sassuolo.

“It is very likely that we will play with two strikers, Andrea Pinamonti has returned from the national team training camp a little bit tired, so we will have to evaluate him.

“Mirko Gori and Raffaele Maiello are not at their best either, while Raman Chibsah and Paolo Sammarco had a good week in training. Stefan Simic and Nicolò Brighenti will also be ready if they are called on.”
