Inter could reportedly sell Joao Miranda to make way for Diego Godin, with Sao Paulo interested in the €5m-rated defender.
It is now practically confirmed Godin will join the Nerazzurri as a free agent when his contract with Atletico Madrid expires in June.
Miranda is the likely candidate to leave, especially as Andrea Ranocchia has just signed a new deal.
According to Fox Sports Brazil, Sao Paulo have revived their interest in Miranda after a summer approach and he is eager for a return to his homeland, as he turns 35 in September.
As his contract expires in June 2020, Inter value Miranda at around €5m, considering they’d also be able to save on his €3.5m per season salary.
