Sampdoria should receive at least €5m if Sporting CP midfielder Bruno Fernandes joins Manchester City this summer.
Sky Sports reports Fernandes is closing in on a move to City, for a fee in the region of €60m-70m.
However, ItaSportPress claims Samp included a 10 percent sell-on clause when they let the 24-year-old join Sporting in 2017.
The website also expects him to move for ‘around €55m’, meaning the Blucerchiati will receive €5.5m.
Fernandes, who also played for Novara and Udinese, has scored 31 goals and provided 17 assists this season.
