Milan have reportedly agreed terms with Luis Campos for the Lille sporting director to replace Leonardo.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, an agreement between Milan and Campos was reached a few days ago.

The newspaper adds another meeting will take place next week, where the Rossoneri will formalise his appointment.

The Portuguese has been credited with Lille’s revival as a force in Ligue 1 this season thanks to his work in the transfer market.

As for Leonardo, the publication expects his exit from San Siro to follow Milan’s final Serie A game against SPAL on Sunday.

The Brazilian has found himself in the firing line after a season that has seen the Diavolo struggle to secure a top-four finish.
