The Coach was punished for insulting the referee and also punching an advertising board after the 1-0 defeat to Parma, unaware that there was a steward standing behind it.
Today, Montella’s appeal against the two-match ban was partially successful, reduced to one game with €10,000 fine.
It still means he’ll be in the stands for this weekend’s final clash of the season, where Fiorentina and Genoa risk relegation.
