Maurizio Sarri starts Jorginho, Emerson Palmieri and surprisingly N’Golo Kante in the Europa League Final as Chelsea take on Arsenal.
It kicks off in Baku at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
This could reportedly be Sarri’s last game on the Blues bench, as the former Napoli boss has been linked with a return to Serie A for Juventus, Roma or even Milan.
He has to do without injured Antonio Rudiger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, while Kante surprisingly starts despite a knee injury.
There are two Italy internationals in the starting XI, Jorginho and Emerson, but Juventus-owned Gonzalo Higuain is on the bench in favour of Olivier Giroud.
Arsenal were forced to leave Henrikh Mkhitaryan at home because of political tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
There is another Italian representative at the Baku Olympic Stadium in the form of referee Gianluca Rocchi, assisted by Filippo Melo, Lorenzo Manganelli and fourth official Daniele Orsato.
The VAR is Massimiliano Irrati.
