Inter are reportedly on the verge of signing Fenerbahce midfielder Eljif Elmas for €11m, ahead of competition from Fiorentina, Napoli and Lazio.
According to Turkish website Boxerdegisi.com.tr, the Nerazzurri have been given the green light by Fenerbahce President Ali Koc to close the deal for the 19-year-old.
The website also claims that the teenager could arrive in Milan over the next few days to undergo a medical and finalise his €11m transfer from the Turkish Super Lig team.
The Macedonia international joined the Istanbul club in 2017 from Rabotnicki Skopje for around €180,000.
The youngster took time to settle in Turkey and made just five appearances in his first season, however this term he scored four times in 40 appearances for the yellow canaries.
