Simone Inzaghi has agreed to stay on the Lazio bench and extend his contract until June 2021, according to La Repubblica and Sky Sport Italia.
His situation had been one of the catalysts behind a Serie A managerial merry-go-round, as he said after lifting the Coppa Italia that he was unsure about his future.
The Biancocelesti held talks with their Coach, then investigated other avenues, above all ex-Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso.
In turn, Inzaghi was linked with Juventus, Milan, Sampdoria, Bologna and Fiorentina for next season.
However, according to La Repubblica, Inzaghi has now accepted the offer of an improved contract and will extend his stay with Lazio to June 2021.
It will include a pay rise for the Coach who was promoted from the youth team as a caretaker manager in April 2016.
He went on to win the Coppa Italia and Italian Super Cup.
