Roma have reportedly turned down a €28m offer from Everton for Cengiz Under, as it was considered inadequate.
The Turkey international will turn 22 next month and already has 18 senior caps under his belt, scoring five goals.
Despite injury problems this season, the versatile forward still managed to contribute six goals and 11 assists in 33 competitive games.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Everton came forward with a proposal for the player, but Roma rejected the €28m offer outright.
The Giallorossi paid €14.25m plus bonuses to get him from Basaksehir in the summer of 2017 and he has gone from strength to strength.
Arsenal have also scouted him several times over the last few months.
