Daniele Pradè has officially become the new Fiorentina director of sport. “It’s a great honour for me to return here and I thank President Rocco Commisso.”
This is his second stint in the role after 2012-2016 and he had until today been working with Udinese, but was replaced there by Pierpaolo Marino.
“Daniele is a top level professional with proved experience of success in Italian football,” Commisso told the official club website.
“He knows Florence very well and achieved great results in his previous seasons with the club. I am sure that once again he’ll do his best for Fiorentina and for Florence.”
Pradè also spoke to ViolaChannel.it about the second run at the Stadio Franchi.
“It is a great honour for me to return to Fiorentina, because I had wonderful years with the Viola, but now is the moment to roll our sleeves up and start again.
“I thank the new club owners, in particular President Commisso, for thinking of me. I will do everything possible to repay their faith.”
