Inter have reportedly lined up a bid €36m plus €14m in bonuses for Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Nerazzurri are prepared to offer an initial €36m, plus €4m in bonuses that would be easily met and €10m that would be activated if they were to lift the Scudetto or Champions League.
In addition, Federico Dimarco, and Alessandro Bastoni would be offered on loan, with Inter prepared to include an option to buy for the former.
It now remains to be seen whether Cagliari accept such a proposal, given they are said to be demanding €50m up front for their prized asset.
Milan and Paris Saint-Germain both remain interested in the Italy international, who has already made 112 appearances for Isolani since breaking into their first team.
However, the 22-year-old - who helped Italy beat Spain 3-1 in their Euro U21 opener last night - is thought to only want the Beneamata.
