Stefano Sensi’s agent has refused to comment on reports that Milan are close to signing the Sassuolo midfielder.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims there is ‘full speed ahead’ in negotiations to take Sensi to Milan following their meeting with Beppe Riso on Tuesday, with a five-year contract worth €1.8m a season agreed.
The newspaper adds there could be another summit on Thursday between the Rossoneri and Sassuolo, who are holding out for €20m or Patrick Cutrone on loan.
Cutrone would have rejected the move, while the Diavolo are said to have offered €15m plus bonuses.
Riso was approached by reporters after his appointment at Milan’s offices but did not respond to their questions about the Italy international.
