Parma are set to buy Napoli goalkeeper Luigi Sepe for €5m and take Alberto Grassi on loan for another year, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The shot-stopper came through the Azzurri youth ranks and had spells on loan with Empoli and Fiorentina in the past.
He missed just one game for Parma during a loan spell last season, playing 37 times and clocking up 10 clean sheets as the Ducali avoided relegation.
On the other hand, Grassi spent most of the campaign on the treatment table recovering from a cruciate ligament injury, only coming back in the final weeks.
Nonetheless, the midfielder is still only 24 and has pedigree, given he came through with the likes of Andrea Conti and Mattia Caldara at Atalanta and is a former Italy Under-21 international.
Parma are also on the verge of closing deals for Fiorentina right-back Vincent Laurini and Frosinone attacker Camillo Ciano.
