Blaise Matuidi could be set for a reunion with Medhi Benatia as it is reported Qatari side Al-Duhail want the Juventus midfielder.
According to Foot 365, Matuidi was recently approached by Al-Duhail about a potential transfer.
The Qatar-based club signed Benatia from Juve in January but would need to free up a foreign-player spot before they can bring in the Frenchman.
The 32-year-old has been at the heart of successive Scudetti since joining the Old Lady from Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.
However, he could be surplus to requirements following the Bianconeri’s deals for Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey.
His contract also has only a year left to run and it may be that the club decide to cash in, although Foot 365 notes he is happy to stay and fight for his place.
