Midfielder Valon Behrami has left Udinese to join Swiss side Sion on a two-year contract.
Behrami moves to Sion on a free transfer after his deal with Udinese expired.
The 34-year-old has spent the majority of his career outside of Switzerland, mainly in Italy with Genoa, Verona, Lazio, Fiorentina, Napoli and the Zebrette.
He also has 83 caps for his country, representing them at four World Cups.
Sion, for their part, were once coached by Gennaro Gattuso and only just avoided relegation from the Swiss top flight last season.
They have several familar faces on their books, including Alex Song, ex-Palermo midfielder Pajtim Kasami and former Italy Under-21 striker Robert Acquafresca.
