Inter are well aware that they risk legal action from Mauro Icardi and Radja Nainggolan, so have hired a personal trainer while they are separated from the squad.

The two players have been told in no uncertain terms that they are on the transfer market and not part of Coach Antonio Conte’s plans.

It is against the rules to prevent a player from training and continuing his profession if he is still under contract, so Inter consulted lawyers and have found a new solution, according to Tuttosport.

During pre-season training in Lugano, the whole squad trains together on fitness and exercise routines, but Icardi and Nainggolan are then excluded when there are tactical sessions.

Tuttosport claims Inter have brought in former Primavera youth team Coach Daniele Bernazzani as a ‘personal trainer’ to keep the pair of outcasts busy.

Bernazzani’s job now is as a director for the youth academy, but he has been given this summer role to almost babysit the two stars.

Meanwhile, Icardi was absent from this morning’s training session with the rest of the group, although Nainggolan was present.
