Matthijs de Ligt is expected to be in Turin today, as Juventus have a medical planned for Tuesday morning once the €65m plus bonuses deal with Ajax is complete.
The defender agreed personal terms with Juve several weeks ago and intensive negotiations between the two clubs are down to the details now.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Tuttosport and more, it’ll be around €65m with various additional bonuses and add-ons.
De Ligt was left out of the Ajax training camp in Austria with an official statement confirming he was on the verge of a “potential transfer.”
It’s believed the Dutchman will fly in to Turin’s Caselle Airport today in a private jet, so he can get some sleep and be ready for Tuesday morning’s medical at the J-Medical centre.
This would be precisely one year on to the day from when Cristiano Ronaldo landed at the same airport ahead of his medical.
