Patrick Cutrone is on his way back to Italy ahead of a transfer to Wolverhampton Wanderers, which will reportedly earn Milan €25m.
The striker was seen leaving the training camp in Boston accompanied by a member of staff and he then flew out to Milan.
News agency ANSA report the deal was struck after Wolves raised their offer to €20m plus up to €5m in various performance-related bonuses.
A five-year contract worth €3m per season also convinced Cutrone to set aside his misgivings and accept the transfer, along with their Europa League presence.
The 21-year-old spent his entire career in the Rossoneri jersey, going through every level of their youth academy until becoming their top scorer in 2017-18.
He eventually scored 27 goals in 90 competitive games for the first team.
