Radja Nainggolan has accepted Inter’s decision to sell him this summer and is eyeing a return to Cagliari or another Champions League club.

Nainggolan is currently with the Inter squad in the Far East for preseason, but he does not have a place in Antonio Conte’s plans.

Unlike Mauro Icardi, who is in no rush to leave the Nerazzurri, Fabrizio Romano claims the midfielder informed agent Alessandro Beltrami of his desire to move on.

A second spell with Cagliari has been mooted and Romano claims they are ‘an option like no-other’, although that could change if a Champions League club come in.

The Sardinians would also have to thrash out a deal with the Beneamata, who are unlikely to take a big hit on their €40m outlay last summer.
