Leicester City are reportedly offering Algeria winger Rachid Ghezzal plus cash for Sampdoria midfielder Dennis Praet.
Leicester have been linked with Praet all summer but have yet to agree a fee for the Belgian.
Nonetheless, Gazzetta dello Sport claims they are in no mood to throw in the towel and are prepared to sacrifice Ghezzal.
The 27-year-old was brought in from Monaco as a replacement for Riyadh Mahrez but fell out of the first-team picture once Brendan Rodgers became manager in February.
He was left out of Algeria’s triumphant Africa Cup of Nations squad as a result, although he has previously played for renowned French sides Olympique Lyonnais and Monaco.
