PSV forward Hirving Lozano is finally free to sign for Napoli after a €42m deal was rubberstamped.

Voetbal International and Tuttomercatoweb both confirm he is all set for Napoli, with the clubs and player in total agreement over the transfer.

However, a medical is not expected until Monday or Tuesday next week as VI adds PSV still have ‘administrative issues’ to iron out with the Mexican’s former club Pachuca.

Tuttomercatoweb, on the other hand, claims the hold-up is related to the last remaining details over image rights.
