Parma are waiting until tomorrow for a response from Milan right-back Andrea Conti, claim Sky Sport Italia.
The 25-year-old has been approached for a loan deal with potential option to buy at the end of the season.
He has until Monday afternoon to decide if he wants to try the Stadio Tardini experience.
Conti joined Milan from Atalanta for €24m in the summer of 2017, but barely featured over two years thanks to a series of injury problems.
He managed 16 competitive appearances last term, with three assists, but only 635 minutes of football.
Parma have also asked after Milan full-back Diego Laxalt, although he has more intriguing propositions from Fenerbahce and Fiorentina.
