Roma released a statement expressing their bemusement at continuing "increasingly bizarre" insults from agent Bayram Tutumlu.
The Turkish representative helped broker moves for Cengiz Under and Robin Olsen, is close to ex-Giallorossi director of sport Monchi and his nephew is the agent of goalkeeper Olsen, whose move to Montpellier broke down.
After days of insults on Twitter from Tutumlu, which can be found here and continued over the weekend, Roma released a statement.
“AS Roma has noted the increasingly bizarre claims being made in recent days by Mr Bayram Tutumlu on Twitter.
“In light of these comments, the club is intrigued to ask what role and/or interest Mr Tutumlu had or has in the transfer dealings for Robin Olsen.
“The club is now forced to look back on past dealings to try and find some occasion where Mr. Tutumlu was involved, in a declared capacity or otherwise, with any transfer business involving Roma.”
