The Argentine has put up barriers all summer and has no intention of changing his mind now, even after being frozen out by Antonio Conte and the club.

Even wife and agent Wanda Nara’s upcoming trip to Capri for a photoshoot won’t be used as an opportunity to discuss terms with President Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Icardi will either go to Juventus or remain at Inter until at least January, most likely in the stands for six months.

He spent the last couple of days posting pictures on Instagram of his new apartment, which is under construction in Milan, next to the Inter HQ.

In turn, Napoli are not prepared to wait any longer for a player who does not want to join them, so they are set to lock down Llorente instead.

The Spaniard is a free agent after his contract with Tottenham Hotspur expired and was also wanted by Manchester United, but was more convinced by the idea of joining Carlo Ancelotti’s Napoli in the Champions League.
