Torino are reportedly on the verge of securing Celta Vigo winger Pione Sisto, claim reports in Spain, after an Aston Villa move broke down.
The 24-year-old Denmark international joined Celta Vigo for €6m from FC Midtjylland in 2016 and remains under contract until June 2021, but has dropped down the pecking order.
According to Marca, the club had agreed terms with Aston Villa for a €10m move only for Pione Sisto to turn it down at the last minute.
Now that the Premier League transfer deadline has passed, Celta Vigo are turning towards Torino instead.
However, it would likely be a loan with option to buy rather than an outright purchase.
He is a versatile player who works primarily on the left wing, but can also play on the right or in a trequartista role behind the strikers.
