SPAL have officially signed left-back Arkadiusz Reca from Atalanta, on loan with option and counter-option.
The Poland international was signed from Wisla Plock last year for €4m, but made only five competitive appearances for the Bergamo outfit.
The 24-year-old has been sent to SPAL on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
However, Atalanta also retain a counter-option in case they want to bring him back.
Reca, who can play in any role down the left of defence, midfield or attack, has four senior caps for Poland.
