Reports are growing that Ante Rebic will join Milan on loan with option to buy for €30m, with Andre Silva going to Eintracht Frankfurt.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Sky Sport Germany and Sportitalia, a deal is practically done and only the medicals remain.
Rebic had been very close to Inter, but only if they decided to sell Matteo Politano to Fiorentina, something Antonio Conte has ruled out.
Therefore, Milan pounced with the same formula, a loan with option to buy for €25m plus bonuses, which becomes an obligation after a certain number of appearances.
However, this seems to have been tweaked so there is no more obligation to buy, but it’s a loan with option for €30m.
Not only is the Croatia international flying in tonight for tomorrow morning’s medical, but Milan are also enacting an exchange.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Andre Silva has agreed a transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt, most likely with the same formula of a loan with option to buy for €25-30m.
Fiorentina also benefit, as they are owed 30-50 per cent of Rebic's transfer fee after selling him to Eintracht.
