Inter change of system?

Antonio Conte is reportedly considering an Inter switch to 3-4-2-1 against Udinese, with Matteo Politano and Stefano Sensi supporting Romelu Lukaku.

It kicks off at San Siro this evening at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), click here for a match preview.

As Lautaro Martinez returned late from international duty in Argentina, where he scored a hat-trick against Mexico, the striker is likely to be rested.

Alexis Sanchez is a contender for the starting spot in what would be his Nerazzurri debut, but there are other options.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Sensi and Politano could be moved into slightly more advanced roles as support for Lukaku.

It would allow Nicolò Barella and Marcelo Brozovic to share the midfield, while Diego Godin gets his full debut in defence and Stefan de Vrij returns from injury.

Valentino Lazaro is eager to push Antonio Candreva out of the right wing-back spot.

As for Udinese, Stefano Okaka and William Troost-Ekong are out injured, but Ken Sema should get the nod in support of Rodrigo De Paul and Kevin Lasagna.

Inter (probable): Handanovic; Godin, De Vrij, Skriniar; Candreva, Barella, Brozovic, Asamoah; Politano, Sensi; Lukaku

Udinese (probable): Musso; Becao, De Maio, Samir; Stryger-Larsen, Mandragora, Jajalo, Fofana, Sema; De Paul; Lasagna
