Lazio ended a run of three games without a win at the weekend as they beat Parma 2-0, but the performance was marred by a show of petulance from Immobile.

“We’ll be facing a great team, so we must play with bravery and awareness,” Inzaghi said at a Press conference for tomorrow’s Serie A clash with table-toppers Inter.

“Conte’s a great Coach. Tomorrow will be a challenging game, against a strong team. We’ve played so many of these games.

“We’ll be playing in a charged atmosphere, in front of a full house, which will always try to incite them. We’ll have to be good in the next 24 hours.

“We haven’t trained much, but we’ve analysed things well. We’re only missing perhaps the ability to remain humble and focused.

“The League has gone up a level and every game will have to be faced with maximum concentration.

“I have the obligation to use all my players. Unfortunately Radu won’t be there. He had a temperature of 38 this morning.

“Immobile apologised to me personally after the final whistle, then he made a great gesture yesterday, apologising to his teammates and the club.

“The incident confirms how we all need to think about the team and not just personal things.

“He realised he was wrong in just 10 minutes. There’s no problem, everything’s been resolved.”
