Roma’s injury count looks to have reached seven as Bryan Cristante and Nikola Kalinic are set for long spells on the treatment table.
Cristante pulled up just eight minutes into Roma’s 0-0 draw at Sampdoria on Sunday, while Kalinic was brought off at the end of the first half.
Teleradiostereo and Il Tempo both report the former Milan striker is facing two months out after he injured the MCL in his left knee.
As for the midfielder, Teleradiostereo expects him to be sidelined for three months and will need surgery to correct a groin problem.
The Giallorossi have already lost the services of Lorenzo Pellegrini, Davide Zappacosta, Cengiz Under, Amadou Diawara and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Justin Kluivert will also miss their next Serie A game against Milan through suspension.
