“I already know the team well and I have good feelings about them because I’ve found great willingness on their apart and the lads are doing well, apart from those already injured, to which Pajac’s been added,” he said at a Press conference.

“It’ll be a great match, so we have to show we’re a team on the pitch. The past doesn’t matter. Out of respect, I won’t talk about what happened before I got here.

“I don't like to distinguish between psychologist and tactician. It’s important that an idea is transmitted and put into practice.

“I want the lads to show that they want to have a great game. We must become a tough team to face in terms of character and how we play.

“We all want the best for Genoa, me, the team, the fans and the club. We’ll give everything we have, but we need to be positive.”
