Atalanta youth team winger Amad Traore has made history as the first player born in the year 2002 to score a Serie A goal.
The youngster only turned 17 in July and made his top flight debut as a substitute during today’s 7-1 victory over 10-man Udinese.
He completed the rout just six minutes after coming off the bench at the Gewiss Stadium.
Originally from the Ivory Coast, he is the younger brother of Sassuolo midfielder Hamed Junior Traore.
Amad Traore had impressed midweek in the UEFA Youth League, when Atalanta earned a 3-1 victory away to Manchester City.
He scored a goal and provided an assist, as well as wreaking havoc for the English defenders.
The right-sided winger has four goals and five assists in all competition for the Atalanta Primavera youth team this season.
