The Bianconeri are missing Giorgio Chiellini, Mattia Perin, Marko Pjaca and suspended Adrien Rabiot.

Pjanic and Higuain return after skipping Wednesday’s 2-1 victory over Genoa, but it’s widely reported the Bosnian will not be risked from the start following a muscular issue.

Higuain is back in action after a knock to the head in the 1-1 draw at Lecce, but he too is likely to be on the bench.

Aaron Ramsey and Mattia De Sciglio are reportedly pushing for a place in the starting XI, in place of Sami Khedira and Alex Sandro.

Torino have Nicolas Nkoulou sitting out a one-match ban, with Iago Falque and Kevin Bonifazi injured.

Midfielder Rincon is included in the squad, even though it remains to be seen if he’ll be considered fit enough to start.

Simone Verdi is the favourite rather than Simone Zaza as partner to Andrea Belotti.
