Udinese will name their new coach after the game against SPAL this weekend, according to reports.

The club sacked Igor Tudor following a 4-0 defeat to Roma last week, and assistant Luca Gotti [pictured] took charge of the side for the 3-1 win at Genoa.

However, Gotti has no intention of keeping the job on a permanent basis, forcing Udinese to look elsewhere for Tudor's successor.

Following on from earlier reports, Sportitalia and Tuttomercatoweb write the Zebrette will hire one of Walter Zenga, Davide Ballardini and Moreno Longo.

Interviews took place on Monday and an announcement was expected this evening, but the publications add no appointment will be made before Sunday's match at SPAL.

It is thought Udinese want to give the new coach time to assess his players and bed in, making the international break between November 11 and 19 ideal.
