Patrick Cutrone, Moise Kean and Sandro Tonali are the biggest names to be given call-ups to the latest Italy Under-21 squad.
Cutrone and Kean have struggled since their Premier League moves to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton and therefore remain with the Azzurrini.
However, Tonali returns after being part of the senior set-up for Euro 2020 qualifiers against Greece and Liechtenstein last month.
Among the other notable inclusions are Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni, Cagliari left-back Luca Pellegrini and Genoa striker Andrea Pinamonti.
Paolo Nicolato’s U21s are third in Group A for European Championship qualification behind Republic of Ireland and Iceland but have three games in hand on their rivals.
They face Iceland on November 16 in Ferrara and, three days later, play Armenia in Catania.
