Paulo Fonseca has no intention of rotating his Roma squad against Parma tomorrow, but will be wary of Gervinho counter-attacks.

“We’ve played a lot of games so far, but when the team is doing well, you don’t need to make many changes,” insisted the coach in his press conference.
Amid an injury crisis, they were starting to look tired in Thursday’s 2-1 Europa League defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach.
“Parma are very dangerous on the counter-attack, especially with Gervinho’s solo runs, so we expect a difficult match. However, we are in good shape and feel confident in our performances. That is the most important thing.
“As for refereeing errors in Europe, we must understand what we can and cannot control. If we always play well with ambition and the right attitude, that’s what we can control.”
Leonardo Spinazzola returns, while Fonseca warned Amadou Diawara is not yet ready to play 90 minutes, so Gianluca Mancini will remain in midfield.
Despite the many absentees and his versatility, there seems to be no room for captain Alessandro Florenzi.
“He has the possibility of playing, as he works well and is always ready to help the team. This is more important for me. He is always an option.”
