Simone Zaza might be out for a month with a sprained ankle, as tests reveal the Torino man’s injury is more serious than first expected.
Zaza injured himself during a training session last Friday and had to miss the following match against Brescia.
Tuttosport reports that he will not recover in time to face Inter after the international break, but it’s also feared that he might be out for a whole month.
The former Juventus player will have to wait for further tests on the ankle to get a better understanding on the exact time of the recovery.
Walter Mazzari is hoping to recover Daniele Baselli, who is also out with an ankle injury, but he might be back for a place on the bench against Inter.
Torino are also without Kevin Bonifazi and Iago Falque.
