English referee Anthony Taylor will officiate Juventus-Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, with Sergej Karasev for Atalanta-Dinamo Zagreb.
UEFA have assigned the referees for next Tuesday’s European matches.
Juve and Atletico Madrid go head-to-head for supremacy in Group D and Anthony Taylor of England will be wielding the whistle.
He is assisted by Gary Beswick, Adam Nunn, fourth official Craig Pawson and VAR Stuart Attwell.
Taylor’s record with Italian clubs and nations is of four wins, a draw and four defeats.
His only previous Juventus match was a 2-0 home win over Dinamo Zagreb in December 2016.
Atalanta have a must-win clash with Dinamo Zagreb at San Siro, which will be officiated by Russian Sergej Karasev.
The linesmen are Igor Demeshko and Maksim Gavrillin, with fourth official Sergei Ivanov.
It’s a German affair in the VAR booth, with Bastian Dankert supported by Vitali Meshkov.
