If they defeat SPAL, they’ll have won 12 of their first 14 games, a feat never accomplished before by the club, and only achieved by Juventus (1949-50) and Napoli (2017-18).

Their win against Torino last weekend equalled their best ever start to a season, matching their campaign in 1950-51, with 11 wins from 13 games.

Inter could also become only the fifth side this century to score in each of their first 14 games after Juventus, Milan, Fiorentina and Roma.

Furthermore, Inter have scored at least two goals in their last nine consecutive games, they haven’t reached double figures since the Roberto Mancini era in 2006-07.
