“Vidal is our player. We are happy with him. There are so many rumours. We will see tomorrow if he plays or not.

“And when the January transfer window arrives, we will see what happens.”

Vidal has been constantly linked with a return to Serie A and a reunion with Inter coach Antonio Conte.

The midfielder played under Conte for three years, from 2011 to 2014, and the pair won three consecutive Scudetti together at Juventus.

Vidal would leave Turin a year after Conte, joining Bayern Munich for €37.5m.
