Simone Inzaghi is set to continue with his standard 3-5-2 formation.

Adam Marusic, Valon Berisha and Jordan Lukaku are still on the treatment table, whilst Patric remains a doubt due to a calf problem.

Lucas Leiva will be the Biancocelesti’s midfield fulcrum, alongside Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Capocannoniere Ciro Immobile, once of Juventus, will lead the line alongside Joaquin Correa rather than Felipe Caicedo.

Immobile is one of Europe’s deadliest strikers, with 19 goals in 17 games for Lazio this season in all competitions, and will be keen to score against his old side.

The Bianconeri meanwhile have limited options in the middle of the field, so much so that they've called up two U-23 midfielders in Manolo Portanova and Simone Muratore. But it is expected that Maurizio Sarri will implement the 4-3-1-2 that has become his go-to formation this season.

Sami Khedira is out for three months after having successful knee surgery this week.

Welsh international Aaron Ramsey is also out injured with another muscular problem.

Wojciech Szczesny should return after being rested for the 2-2 draw against Sassuolo. Blaise Matuidi should also return to midfield after playing half an hour against the Neroverdi last weekend.

Adrien Rabiot has been called up to the squad, but is highly unlikely to start.

Douglas Costa and Giorgio Chiellini remain sidelined.

Federico Bernardeschi is expected to play as a trequartista.

Paulo Dybala is tipped to start up front alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, with Gonzalo Higuain on the bench.

Probable line-ups

Lazio (3-5-2): Strakosha; Radu, Acerbi, Felipe; Lulic, Luis Alberto, Lucas Leiva, Milinkovic-Savic, Lazzari; Immobile, Correa

Juventus (4-3-1-2): Szczesny; Cuadrado, Bonucci, De Ligt, Alex Sandro; Matuidi, Pjanic, Bentancur; Bernardeschi; Dybala, Ronaldo
