Serie A Week 16 referees

The referees for Serie A Week 16 have been announced, with Fabio Maresca given the top-four meeting between Cagliari and Lazio.

The 38-year-old will take charge of his fifth Cagliari game at the Sardegna Arena on Monday night.

He has previously officiated Lazio on 10 occasions in Serie A, overseeing six wins and only two losses for the Aquile.

Maurizio Mariani, meanwhile, will be at the helm in Florence when League leaders Inter travel to the Artemio Franchi.

The Viola have been rewarded two penalties and won four out of five matches with Mariani in charge, whilst Inter currently hold a 2-0-2 record with the 37-year-old at the whistle.

Elsewhere, Daniele Doveri has been handed the Derby della Lanterna between Genoa and Sampdoria, whereas Fabrizio Pasqua will oversee Juventus-Udinese.

Finally, Marco Di Bello will lead Napoli and Parma out of the tunnel at the San Paolo for Gennaro Gattuso’s Partenopei debut.
