Gianpaolo Calvarese has been confirmed as the referee for the Supercoppa between Lazio and Juventus on December 22.
Calvarese has already overseen two Lazio matches in Serie A this term – a win against Milan and defeat to SPAL.
He has yet to officiate a Juve game in 2019-20, but the Bianconeri have never lost with the 43-year-old in charge.
They have won 10 of a possible 11, whereas the Aquile are on 14 victories from 20.
The Supercoppa will again take place in Saudi Arabia, this time in the capital city of Riyadh.
